30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, modification, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@vexorna.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for orders where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. For all other returns (change of mind, incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for return postage.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3â5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different colorway or variant, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@vexorna.store within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery
- Items without original packaging
